Not only are crystals beautiful, but they are also powerful in helping us heal. Crystals vibrate to different frequencies that correspond with our chakras. Crystals help align our chakras and energy fields to the correct vibration to allows the energy to flow most efficiently through our bodies. The beauty of crystals also brings our attention to nature and how wonderful and magical the world is.

Crystals are representations of the light and energy of the Universe. They are naturally formed in perfect geometric shapes, and they are colored corresponding to their vibrations. When beginning to work with crystals, you may use a crystal of the color that corresponds to the chakra you wish to work on. As you learn more about crystals, you will identify specific crystals that can assist each chakra that may not necessarily be of the same color typically associated with that chakra. Crystals can also be used to assist in manifesting your goals, whether they are healing, relationships, or meeting other goals.

Root Chakra – Red Jasper, Garnet, Onyx, Hematite, Black tourmaline, Ruby, Red Coral, Rhodonite and Petrified Wood

Sacral Chakra – Carnelian, Tiger Eye, Copper, Orange Calcite, Gold, Fire Opal, and Padparadha Sapphire
 
Solar Plexus Chakra – Citrine, Yellow Topaz, Amber, Pyrite, and Ocean Jasper

Heart Chakra – Aventurine, Jade, Malachite, Rose Quartz, Watermelon Tourmaline, Emerald, Moss Agate, and Moldovite

Throat Chakra – Turquoise, Aquamarine, Blue Lace Agate, Blue Topaz, Amazonite, Celestite and Chrysocolla

Third Eye Chakra – Sapphire, Sodalite, Azurite, Fluorite, Kyanite, Lapis Lazuli, Tanzanite, Ulexite, and Moldovite

Crown Chakra – Herkimer Diamonds, Clear Quartz, Amethyst, Moonstone, Diamond, Sugilite, Selenite and Nebula Stone

Clear quartz can be used on all chakras.

Hematite and Obsidian are often used for grounding if you feel spacey or flighty.

Selenite and Halite are used for clearing if you feel you need to cleans yourself of negativity.

To heal with crystals you simply relax and place the crystals on you body (or the body of the person you are working on) in the corresponding location of the chakra and visualize that chakra aligning its vibration with that of the crystal. You can also just hold the crystals in your hands and feel their vibration. You can make the crystal therapy  as elaborate or simple as you wish. You can combine the crystal healing with visualizing the chakra colors as described in Chakra Balancing.

Many people chose a specific crystal that represents the chakra they need to work on and keep it with them in their pocket or tucked into their bra.

Remember, crystals do not need to be expensive or large in size. You may be able to find crystals in nature that you can use for crystal healing. Many of the crystals that I use were less than a couple of dollars each….but I chose them with great care and love. Always try to find crystals that are natural and not man-made or dyed. It is the vibration of the natural crystal that is in tune with the Universe energy that promotes healing.
